DUI Penalties in Washington

First Offense

Jail: 1–364 days (or 15 days house arrest, or 90 days 24/7 sobriety program)

If BAC >0.15%: fines increase to $500–$5,000, enhanced penalties apply

Test Refusal Penalty

Getting Your License Back
