CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) – A Cincinnati woman is facing charges after she was involved in a drunk driving crash with two children in the car. Police say Teairra Taylor, 28, crashed her car Sunday evening in Winton Woods Park. Upon investigation, officers found two children, ages 6 and 7, in the car.
