Westchester police charge seven with drunk, drugged driving over weekend

YONKERS Westchester County police arrested seven people over the weekend on charges of drunk and drugged driving, including a 23-year-old Yonkers woman who was charged with a felony because her blood alcohol level measured more than twice the legal limit, police said.
