A suspected drunk driver is accused in a traffic crash on Interstate 45 near Webster that left two people dead Monday afternoon. Michael Gregory Petty, 28, is charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter in the fatal wreck which occurred in the 18900 block of the southbound Gulf Freeway near Bay Area Boulevard about 12:30 p.m., police said.
