Judiciary panel revisits interlock ignition issue

FRANKFORT, Ky. Keeping DUI offenders off the road with breathalyzers linked to their vehicles ignition systems is not a new idea. Its certainly not new in Kentucky, where judges have the discretion to order ignition interlock devices for DUI offenders.
