Allegedly drunk Colo. trooper due in court

CASTLE ROCK, COLO. A Colorado state trooper accused of driving drunk in his patrol car is scheduled to be in court. Forty-eight-year-old David Dolan is charged with driving under the influence and is on unpaid leave. He is free on $1,000 bail. He is due in court Monday morning.
